The Bluffs is a new condominium project coming to 2799 and 2815 Kingston Road. This is a new 9 storey mixed use condominium development developed by Skale Developments. The project is currently in the pre construction phase and will feature a total of 200 residential units. Available Suites will include 1 Bedroom to 3 Bedroom Suites, from 460 sq.ft. to 1,600 sq.ft. Several units will include 2 Storeys. Raw Architects and Figure3 are the two award winning architectural firms that will be designing The Bluffs Condos.
This will be a mixed use building with retail space space located on a ground level and residential units located above. Approximately 14,531 square feet of retail space is proposed to be located at a ground level.
The Bluffs Condos will feature parking space for 158 vehicles. Of the 158 vehicular parking spaces, 26 will be for visitors and 13 will be for retail use. The parking space will be located on a three level underground parking. This new development also contains 173 bicycle parking spaces also located on the three level underground parking lot.

Raw Design Architects is the architectural firm for this new mixed use condominium building. The Ontario Association of Architects has named Raw Design Architects as the Best Emerging Practice for the year 2009. This firm is considered to be one of the fastest growing studios in the city of Toronto. This firm is also one of Toronto’s most respectable and vibrant architectural firms in the city. This firm continues to have many new projects under construction, as well as many completed projects. Some previous projects Raw Design has completed include, Sixty Lofts, Beach Club Lofts, Shift, Lexus Dubai, Beechwood, Discovery, BMW Toronto, Mini, Cube Lofts, Digital Media Convergence Centre, 33 Golden Avenue Conversion and Beach Hill Residences.
